No AI Battle Cheat 1.6

A simple mod which remove battle AI bonus in hard and very hard difficulty. I don't touch to easy modifier in case you need to play in easier difficulty. And I only modify hard and very hard difficulty modifier so should be compatible with everything.

More precisely, the value on the following multiplier are the same as normal difficulty :
- Charge bonus
- melee attack
- melee attack interval
- melee damage
- melee defence
- missile reload
