Currently only 1 basic design.

Buy the wood stairs from Aliza's store or through the catalogue. You can then craft the wood stairs with 51 types of vanilla blocks using the Assembly Table. Check your recipes for help.

Sell prices have yet to be throughly assessed so excess stairs will sell for less than what was used to craft them.
