HAR BodytypeDef patch

Description
Simple patch mod to add BodyTypeDef definition to some Humanoid Alien Race mod
to apply Apparel Bodytype Resolver mod.

Supported HAR mod:
NewRatkinPlus
Moyo-From the depth
Rabbie The Moonrabbit race

Apparel permission between HAR is added as follows:
Ratkin : Rabbie hat & helm(except glasses), almost of all wears
Moyo hat & mask
Rabbie : Ratkin Robe and hat, exclude backpack, sack(other wears are already added by Rabbie original mod)
Moyo hat & mask
Moyo : Ratkin hat & helm(except glasses)
Rabbie hat & helm(except glasses)

Must be loaded after Apparel BodyType Resolver mod,
and Targeted Humanoid Alien Race mod.

変更箇所：Rabbie The Moonrabbit race mod更新に伴い、重複していた着用許可パッチを修正し、Rabbie mod側で未指定のもののみに修正しました。
ChangeList : I correct patch description to allow Ratkin apparels not to set in original patch of Rabbie mod.

Thanks for your error report, and very sorry for inconvenience.

I found irregular description in Manifest.xml in this mod.
I will correct irregular description and update soon.

When this is downloaded it appears to be incompatible with the Mod Manager Interface by Fluffy. Opening the mod list either you can only view the list of unassigned mods and blank on the right or if a mod list is active you just get a blank box.

補足説明：
現時点で相互着用可能な許可リストパッチに追加した衣装は、Rim1.2のわたしの環境で実際に着用を試行しテクスチャバグが発生せず衣装が着用されて外見に反映され、違和感がないもののみに限定しています。
依然としてテクスチャバグ、衣装として着用させているにもかかわらず所持品スロットに入る衣装など不可解な点があって問題解決できていないものを除外しています。
解析が進んで問題を解消できたならば衣装の着用許可リストパッチを更新することを考えていますが、現状見通しは何も立っていません。

変更箇所：サポート対象種族にRabbie The Moonrabbit raceで追加されるRabbieを追加しました。また相互着用時にテクスチャバグを発生しない衣装に着用許可を与えるパッチを内蔵しました。
ChangeList : I added new support race, Rabbie added by Rabbie The Moonrabbit race. And I added permission list patch to wear some clothes and hats etc. between supported HAR.

本modの作成経緯の説明：
Apparel BodyType ResolverではBodyTypeDefという追加定義をXMLファイルの記述に追加しないとBodyTypeの代替指定の選択肢にリストアップもしてくれません。
HARの種族でそれが記述されているのはRakkleだけで、これだけ有用な機能が他で使えないのは惜しいと思ったため、Def記述を特殊形状のBodyTypeを持つ種族(Ratkin,Moyo)について追加するようにしたものです。
(RatkinとMoyoは体型が似ているため、RatkinのThin体型とほぼ同じ外形になるだろうと個人的に判断しています。)
Dragonian Raceについては別途ひとまとまりの機能のmodとしてまとめて提供しています。
