For takeoff i recommend about 1/3 throttle, more throttle is possible

Liftoff is a bit tricky because of the torque applied to the airframe, and maneuverability is garbage at lower speeds because of the gyroscopic effect in conjunction with the applied torque, but at speeds above 100 m/s the control surfaces can apply enough torque to override it and it becomes very maneuverable.

Adding more props are definitely possible, but the gyro effect becomes too much.
