Description
This mod increases the population limit on ground maps to 26 and doubled (50) on space battles.

As I have got many messages about this: I am pretty sure this mod will not work with mods that add new factions. It may be possible by starting the mods in the right order but I can't guarantee this and have not tested this. If it works it will also most likely only increase the limit for the 3 default factions.

This will not work with any mods that have edited factions.xml

@CT-1119 I didn't have any problems so far using this. I can't say this for sure for the 4x Population Limit mod though.

Wouldn't increasing these values cause constant crashes?
