Veteran RUIN Bonuses

Description
Adds the passives and bonuses from RUIN difficulty on all difficulties. Buffs on humanoids and classes are not added though.
(There are more RUIN bonuses than just passives, so expect some enemies to have increases in certain stats.)

WARNING: Don't turn on RUIN difficulty, crashes game.
It should be safe to uninstall and install at any time, but always make backups!

No, the purpose of this mod is to provide the passives + stat bonuses that creatures have on RUIN difficulty to lower difficulty levels while ignoring the insanely huge 40-80% increase in stats from RUIN difficulty.

So... I assume the point of this mod is to give people early access to the RUIN difficulty?
