Pantsu English - Parade!

Description
What is better than Mauser_NATO's Pantsu mod, and translated into english by A Slothful Sloth. Starting with an army "properly equipped"!

You need both mods for this to work. It's just a custom start plus a custom shop utilizing both mods.

Form a parade! Show off your stuff with 30 models!

Also adds a shop in The Hub to buy Panstu and only Panstu!

Now the squad has a Pansu Designer with blueprints unlocking the designs, so you don't have to hunt them down.

Added Pansu Bandits properly equipped.

I've not seen them appear in the hub shop, but I've actually seen the underwear blueprints spawn in World's End, so the base Pantsu mod does still work, it's just horrible rnd. The makeshift armor and dress blueprints spawn fairly commonly, though. Still it's much easier to just use the pantsu parade start and dismiss some of the multitude of ladies.

So, in order to get the designs, you have to buy specific blueprints that I detailed in the English Patch discussion. I've added them to a custom character in this start, so you can see them.

yes the shop appears in the hub, but it doesnt sell any blueprints
