Campaign list reordered + Cold Stream removed

Description
This mod is the result of me editing another mod:
Correct Campaign Order by TheTurretTheo

The original mod has Last Stand come after The Sacrifice and includes Cold Stream, if that's how you like it I'd recommend you go with his mod. This changes the campaign list to address the Last Stand/The Sacrifice order. I have also removed Cold Stream from the list as I generally don't like the campaign and never play it.

I don't do requests however taking my mod and changing it around is fairly simple and I encourage you to give it a go. The only reason I made this mod is bc I'm not a fan of cold stream, I only chucked it onto the workshop if people shared my opinion and would want this mod. Even so, I like The Last Stand, sorry :)

If you accept any request, I'd like to have a mod like this to remove The Last Stand
(but keep Cold Stream instead)
