Normally it means that you don't have Counter-Strike: Source mounted to your game.
You need to buy it on the Steam Store.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess there's no AI nodes.

Note that AI nodes and nav_meshes are different.

AI Nodes: regular HL2 NPCs use these.

Nav_meshes: CS:GO/CS:S shitbots use these, so do Nextbots.

Grand Hotel has a unique interior design with adequate space to barricade and defend from. This map will surely spice up your Zombie Survival map list.
