WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO ?

- Help you reach distant factions like Nan Man.

- Talented strategists like Zhuge Liang, Sima Yi... will become extremely dangerous with this (brutes have Cunning < 100 get less bonus)



*This mod should be compatible with all mods

I'm sure this mod cant cause any problem to your game. it's a very simple mod that changes the effects of cunning, This kind of mod can only work fine or doesn't work if something conflicts with it.

@Green Raven I don't think the AI ​​will let the heroes with the highest cunning stat command the army, so to be fair I let this bonus is the sum of all 3 heroes. And the 300% plus maximum is not too much.You might have noticed in the Vanilla the distant factions almost never meet each other. If you play the faction of Sun Ce, you will almost never meet the faction of Ma Chao until the end of the game, that's boring.
