I think what Lemire could do, since he has put so much work in it is:
first reduce tris overall
secondly split the asset into 2-4 parts or even 5, and publish them as seperate assets, and put screenshots how to assemble them altogether :)

@215451125 - that asset is simply way too large and the game can't handle it. It's not for C:S at all.

Around 25,000 tris. Sorry, I know it's above the limit... quite hard to reduce it more than that.

So because the comments are off for Hagia Sofia - how many tris has it got? That information is missing there.
