razor class corvette

The Razor class corvette is a fast armed transport ship often used by the imperial navy for engaging targets such as small pirate or rebel ships not larger than another corvette. Unlike its gunboat modification, the original corvette version of the Razor class is not armed with any mounted weapons, and its main weapons are dual turrets positions on the sides of the ship. This ship has no paintjob

specifications:
- 59m long, 35m wide, and 10m tall
- armed with 4 dual turrets armed with a length 2 laser barrel and a length 1 recoil barrel. The ship has enough firepower do engage most other corvettes and smaller craft, especially the popular among pirates Correlian class armed shuttle, which the corvette can destroy in about 20 shots of its turrets.
- the ship has decent anough armor for its size, and more importantly, speed, with about 3 to 4 layers of hull armor, this ship has decent hull hp, but its main cocpit is very exposed and could often get shot and destroyed.
- the ship's maximum forward speed is 121m/s and can reach 100m/s in about 10secs, and its mobility is a bit worse than that of a hawk class gunboat.

next build: most likely a 10-15m long heavy fighter, or a 100m long frigate

! Update - 6. feb 2021 - Updated the turrets to be the same like on my recent ships ( i will be doing the same to ALL of my older imperial ships with older turret designs, i forgot how incredibly unreliable they were, so stay tuned for that), changed the command station window !
