Valuable Veterans – Reload Skill Fix (DEPRECATED)

This submod fixes the reload speed increase from rank in Valuable Veterans mod by increasing it to vanilla level.

Description
Valuable Veterans - Quarter Effect and Half Effect versions change veterancy improvement to reload skill slightly below than the modern vanilla value (1.7 per unit rank vs 1.8 in vanilla). This is a submod for either of them that overwrites it back to vanilla level.

There is also a version that moderately buffs the reload skill increase instead.

As of recently, the Valuable Veterans have been updated to match the vanilla value and this submod is deprecated.
