Description
This is the wood clapboard siding version of the asset.

About the building
This asset is inspired by a home at 522 N 33rd St in Richmond VA. The house was built in 1908 by John W. McCabe and is a contributing structure in the Oakwood/Chimborazo historic district. The original residents were Albert, whose profession was real estate. and his wife Viola Martin.

The asset has a color map layer with 4 variations that will spawn. Grey, Light Blue, Hunter Green and Yellow. The painter mod will also allow you to repaint the siding on the home in-game with many interesting colors.

This building should go well in a New England, Mid Atlantic or Rust Belt based city, as well as many other North American cities. There will be additional set of compatible Historic RVA homes forthcoming in the next few weeks.

About the Historic RVA collection
The Historic RVA collection attempts to recreate homes of the style constructed in Richmond VA in the period of 1880s-1930. I will continue to grow this collection over time with special focus on the areas of Church Hiill/Chimborazo, The Fan District and the mansions and grand apartments on Monument Ave.

Detailers should enjoy this collection as I will reskin many of the models to offer different variations like you would find in real-life neighborhoods. Could be as simple as brick vs siding or fancy windows versus basic windows. I will do my best to keep the poly counts down and share textures among different models but If you're playing on a potato then when the collection becomes large you may be best to just pick your favorites from the group rather than download all variations.

Loving the Virginia assets! I'm doing a Hampton Roads area build and these will be incredibly useful! Shocking how little Virginia assets there are! Keep it up mate.

The 3d model origin point was not initially set at most optimum spot for a 1x3 tile configuration. I have corrected today. If you subscribed before this change and find that it is showing up as 1x2 and bleeding into a 3rd tile just unsubscribe and resubscribe. This will allow you to get the update which will put the asset as 1x3 as intended and will resolve the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a steep learning curve to create quality assets!
