In the outskirts of Charlotte, North Carolina, the last humans of the apocalypse do whatever they must to surivive. With more than 6 potential faction bases spread out across a square half mile of towns, wilderness and cities, there's enough room for military, bandits, zombies, aliens, cannibals, and more.

- FULL AI NODING
- Explorable urban area
- Almost a square half mile of rural suburbs, stores and wilderness
- Added Truck stop, with gas station, diner & grocery store
- Added Motel in rural suburbs
- Downtown partially remade

I bet it could be uploaded to the workshop now since recent updates of GMOD now allow pretty huge addons to be posted. Unfortunately I'm 95% sure this author is either dead or stopped making stuff a long time ago.
