Enhanced Meitou

This is a very simple mod to enhance Meitou a little bit.

I made it because the performance of Meitou becomes a little less noticeable when you put my other mods in it.
This mod adds a +5 to the attack bonus and defense bonus, and doubles the price.

There is nothing wrong with introducing it along with a mod that makes some changes to Meitou.
