This submod fixes some of the unfinished aspects of the education effect that universities was intended to have. What the effect does is that it increases the chance that a child will get a good education trait when the child comes of age. The intended purpose of this submod is to allow the universities added in Cities of Wonders 2 (COW2) to have the same education effect as the vanilla universities. It was removed from COW2 to decrease the chance that any future patches by Paradox will cause issues with the main mod.

Also fixed was the character interactions so that all the education interactions (Educate Child, Offer Ward, and Offer Guardianship) will give the education effect. At the same time the university flag's timer was increased from 11 years to 17 years, to ensure that the university effect is always applied even if you appoint a university guardian before the child is 6 years old.

Note: For the education effect to apply the educator must be the holder of the holding containing the university building. Keep in mind that the education effect from the universities are very rarely stated in-game, so most of the time it completely works behind the scenes.

COW2-University Fix should only be used combined with Cities of Wonders 2. If you want to a fix in vanilla, you should instead use Glitterhoof's Fix University Education.

This submod edits 00_education_interactions.txt and 00_education_triggers.txt, so any other mod that alters the same files won't be compatible. Paradox patches might in the future alter the two files, so in that case the submod will likely require some updating.

The bug and solution was ultimately discovered by Arumba07. However, I was initally made aware of the solution by Glitterhoof's Fix University Education. So credits go to him for sharing the solution on Steam Workshop.
