Description
makes it so the counter strike weapons have a static frashlight, meaning that when you shoot reload or do anything the flashlight will always be straight ahead, plus it goes with the models not having a flashlight model

No Mercy: The streets in the first chapter and at the hospital and, possibly, in the hospital.
Dead Air: The Crane, the Construction area, and around the airport where you enter the saferoom of the airport.
