Beside this, the old files were already rotated ans stretched, they were exactly 1:1 like ingame. The new pngs are rotated and switched ingame.
So for converting them, you have to create 2900 bmps out oof the actual 29 pngs and rotate/stretch them. Beside this, the only support 8bit bmps with AoE2s color palette instead of 32bit images like now. So you will loose detail and quality. The more diverse/colorfull a terrain is, the more of it will get lost.
I appreciate your work.
And I'm looking for a MOD adds grid to the old, original version, not HD edition.
Do you have it?
Or is there the way to apply your MOD to the old version?
I'll be grateful if you can reply to me.
Thanks.
