Left 4 Dead(1) - Smoker

Here he is, finally in the workshop for your FilmMaking enjoyment.

This model does not have flexes, but it does have importable sequences and is Rig_Biped_Simple compatible.
The tongue is on jiggle bones and the procedural bones should ba able to be baked if you require to animate it manually.

Note on Sequences included: The model has been recompiled using the SFM StudioMdl compiler and works well in SFM. However some sequences may cause SFM to crash or may seem jerky, but they should give you enough to be able to fine tune them if they don't cause a crash. they haven't been recompiled using the SFM compiler yet. I will be doing that soon. Just remember to save your work before importing a sequence.
