Description
Tweaks Anti-Air to better fill the role of "Anti-Air" and to not fill the role of "Infantry".

AA Guns and Mobile SAMs both have their combat strength lowered in an effort to decrease their viability as a frontline unit. No longer should they be able to stand up to infantry or armor without support.

In return, their capability against Planes has increased. Their intercept range has been increased to 3 tiles (up from 2), and their bonus against air has been increased to account for the lower combat strength.

tbf the anti aircraft guns real world counterpart, the M45 quadmount, was fitted to trucks and used as a very effective anti-infantry unit as it was just 4 .50cal machine guns on an electrically operated mounting

@Traveler, unfortunately no; the Game is hardcoded to make Atom Bombs always hit even though they have a pretty high evasion stat meaning they should in theory be able to be shot down.

Can it intercept "atom bomb" which just looks like a B29 so should be interceptable?

Thanks for this. I've always hated how the AI uses SAMs as infantry.
