[TTT] Orbital Strike/Cannon (M9K)

Adds the Orbital Strike from M9K Specialties to TTT.

This weapon is only for the traitors and can only be purchased ONCE!
You also CANNOT drop the item!


Known bugs:
- This sometimes bugs your melee FOV when (normal) M9K is installed!
- When you somehow manage to drop your Orbital Strike, your fov will be scuffed (as above)
- Very rare instance of your buy menu being grayed out and not responding after buying. (fixes itself next round)

Working on a fix for these.


If your buy menu is bugged, open chat and move your mouse to the X to close the buy menu mid round!


This was a pain to convert and might be buggy.
