Steel Bars from Raw Iron

Adds steel refineries that turn raw iron ore into steel bars. The vanilla in game description of steel bars says you can smelt them from raw iron but no, not how vanilla works, so I made this. I couldn't find an existing mod like this, but sorry if this is a repost.

The refineries I added are called "Steel Refinery Ore" and each version (I, II, III) is unlocked in parallel with the normal vanilla refineries, through each level of "Steel Bars" research. They are found in the same building tab as the normal steel refineries, just use the menu arrows to change between each version.

The amount of iron ore needed for each steel bar is the same whether you use my modded refineries or create iron plates then use the vanilla refineries. This mod just cuts out the step of making iron plates first.
