Revert Ding sound

Edit 09/Oct: Please dont use this and use https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2246218922 instead which does the same thing. I wasnt aware that one had been already made and I'm only leaving this up for the current subscribers.

Changes the ding sound when you protect another player back to how it used to sound before TLS update.

(the new sound sounds like a poker machine)

I am learning how to make a workshop mod so this is more of a test however the new ding sound is annoying.

@Pingas - oh, that's why they changed it. I still dont like the sound sorry and I dont think l4d2 has to be changed to be like l4d1 like the tls updaters believe. l4d2 should be able to have its own identity.

@Freddy the Flamingo - I wasnt aware of that when I made this. Thats probably a better one to use so ill add it in the description.

It's not a new sound, actually. It's the one used in L4D1.

Please let me know if this doesnt work. I cant test it because I have changed the raw files and this file pops up in multiple folders.
