Description
"The M6C Magnum Sidearm is a semi-automatic, recoil-operated, magazine-fed handgun. It has DA, or double-action only trigger and fires the M228 12.7×40mm SAP-HP round (Semi-Armor Piercing, High Penetration) from a 12-round magazine. It has a considerably high rate of fire (6 rounds/sec or 360 rounds/min) with a limited maximum effective range, being able to hit a target accurately at only about 20 meters. The M6C is considered to be the weaker of the currently usable M6-series models in that it has reduced accuracy, a shorter effective range, and lower efficiency rate against shielded, armored, and soft targets. "

This mod replaces the Dual pistols in L4D2 with the M6C from Halo 2 Anniversary. The model itself has new normal maps made by myself to allow for better visual detail on the original model. As well as animations recreated by myself and Shotgunnerfox where the pistol is held in a manner closer to CE and Halo 5. This mod is tested and works for online play in Left 4 Dead 2.

Thanks. Was hoping the deagle would be on the CE magnum animations but that's still cool and I'll be taking a look at the the minute I hit send on this reply.

As for the Crash site stuff I understand. Here's hoping to the green light showing up sooner rather than later, if at all. I'd love to see the bolt action sniper for the scout or awp, smg for any of the l4d equivalents, silenced pistiol etc.

@TimeSweeperAdam the Deagle reanimation that used one of my halo magnum animations is done by RPA60 iirc the animations are recreations done by me based off the animation files ripped from Halo 2. for the deagle it was a combination of Halo:reach and COD MW19.

as for Crash Site, I want to port some of the assets. but I need to be very careful with that as MCC has some EULA rules when it comes to assets pulled from the game. even more so with Crash site as it's using assets compiled from archived builds of pre xbox halo and new content made by a dedicated team of passionate modders.

I'm already skirting the line by porting assets from H2A and some skins from MCC. but I know assets from Crash site could put me into some legal troubles so unless i am given the green light and permission to port Crash Site assets, at best I can just mess with the files privately.

Couple of follow-up questions if that's cool.
One, where is this Deagle reanimation and what is the animation from?
And two, with the recent release of Crashsite for Halo CE in the MCC workshop, are you considering building some of those early weapons here in the L4D workshop?

Sick. Right now I'm using the Killing Floor 2 pistol animations for the default pistols but if you or someone else does the default pistols on these animations i'll sub in a heartbeat.

@TimeSweeperAdam they should be easy to recompile with the default L4D2 pistols. saw someone do that with the desert eagle.
