Zolton's Tweaks - Weaker Crossbowmen

Description
Lowers the combat strength of the Crossbow.

This mod is an effort to make other units of the Medieval Era viable. As the current game stands, Crossbows are by far the strongest unit of the era (other than unique units). Their combat strength is too high for a ranged unit.

To make my point:
In the Classical Era, Swordsmen have a combat strength of 14, while Composite Bowmen have a combat strength of 7. This ratio is 2:1, and in a one on one fight, the Swordsmen can kill the Composite Bowmen in 2 to 3 turns, with luck.

In the Medieval Era, however, Longswordsmen will be shot to death before they can do enough damage to kill Crossbowmen, due to the Crossbow's high combat strength relative to the Longsword.

This mod lowers the combat strength of the Crossbow in line with the same ratio that previous eras had in regards to the comparison between the melee units and ranged units of those eras.

The combat strength of the Crossbow (including the Chu-Ko-Nu and English Longbow) is now 11 (down from 13).

@Ellemby this mod is balanced with BNW values in mind. The strengths of units changed since vanilla. If you want to make changes yourself, you can modify the XML in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\Gameplay\XML\Units\CIV5Units.xml
