Constructed in the High-Tech Reaserch and Development Center in District 74, also known in the olden days as "Japan" , it quicly became the most High-Tech vehicle in the Atmos lineup.

-New Tech includes-
The C.Y.B.E.R. Propulsion system. Which stands for CRYOGENIC BLOWOUT EMERGENCY REGULATOR.
An emergency cryogenic overheat supresion system, that blows supercooling gasses into the propulsion system after heating up above safe levels which saves the propulsion system at the cost of incapacitating the vehicle until above Sub-zero temperatures are regained.
