Description
Adds the Protectorate and Colony of Sierra Leone, under the revolutionary Thomas Peters. Thomas Peters was a former slave in colonial America, but escaped and fought for the British as a Black Loyalist in the American Revolutionary War. He helped give fellow Black Loyalists a place to live free of discrimination in Sierra Leone, and was considered the "African-American Founding Father of Sierra Leone". The Sierra Leone Company was significant in helping the Black Loyalists move to West Africa.

I could not build the black loyalist after researching gunpowder but normal Musketeer instead

@troodon25 In my opinion, they're distinct enough. At least, I'm able to differentiate them.

@jhouck_04 Man, I barely have my own time to mod as is, sorry. I'd suggest joining the Civ 5 Helpline Discord (https://discord.gg/XEsBCvz) if you're willing to put in the work to develop your mod. The people on that discord might be able to help you out.

Would you be able to help me make a mod? I know exactly what I would like to do, and I have everything I would like to do written out, I just cant figure out how to do it properly

One small criticism. The colours/icon seem really close to your previous Sierra Leone.
