So you wish to hear a tale, young one? Very well, let me tell the tale of false gods…

Many moons ago, long before you were born, the old gods ruled the earth and the heavens. But they grew greedy, arrogant; their followers abandoned them and found a new god. But the old gods dont forgive, and they dont forget. Those who lend them their lives will be given seemingly impossible tasks, but an equally impossible amount of power. I would utter the name of these gods, but the mere mention would present me as a heretic, thus I live in the shadows, telling their tale to any who will listen.

Beware the gods, both old and new; The old gods wish only for the destruction of those who wronged them, but the monsters they bring will bring about the end of the world, Ragnarok. Should you choose the path of the ancients, be warned: do not stray towards the darkness, or it may be the doom of us all. Behind the shrine to the new god lies a temple, hidden in the mountain. Visit this place, but keep its existence secret. From there, you'll know what needs to be done…

Bergmàl is a slightly spooky coaster creation thing thrown together for the Nexus Knockouts contest Round 4. Park file includes the coaster and some bits and pieces around it. DeadEyeDucks TMTK viking shields have been used in this creation, but choosing not to download them wont influence the experience too much.

Screenshots have been taken with Reshade enabled, so they might not be a perfect representation of the ride, but they look cool at least.
