Description
CM Punk took over as the leader of The Nexus in December 2010 and began to remake the stable under his own vision.

Punk beat down members and asked for loyalty and faith. The New Nexus brought in a new member, Mason Ryan, and some original members left to join former leader Wade Barrett in The Corre.

Punk remained the leader of The New Nexus until he (kayfabe) left WWE at Money in the Bank in 2011 as the WWE Champion.
