Get your hands on a Superb Traitor Weapon for TTT, Left Click to Fire and Right Click to Taunt.

I'll update this soon, been very busy with the community server development and haven't been able to update older workshop creations.

Can you use it in single player?/servers without ttt?

It wont work for me, it looks like a Normal pistol instead of the one from the screenshot, the primary fire wont work, and the only thing that works is the taunt
