Bill gets festive this year, dressing up like Count Dracula (as described in the book (I didn't read the book (please just believe me he looks like this))) for Halloween. While he might not be as old or seemingly-invincible as the titular character of Bram Stoker's novel, he's still full of enough vigor to prove that vampires are better than zombies.

Includes vomit texture and viewmodel hands. Currently does not include HUD elements because I exhausted myself trying to rush out all these survivors and just don't feel like tinkering with that right this second.
