Instructions:

Modorder: does not matter
Attila: use required 12tpy mod (as usual) and this one additional
Last Roman: use this mod (Last Roman is 12tpy)
Age of Charlemange: mod useless (all offices are reachable from age of 14 on)

Attention: If this mod does not work in combination with another mods, then the modcode of the other is alphabetical preferred. In this case please post the mod link in the comments and I will adjust my modcode.

Other modmaps: First check the current settings (required age for offices and so on). This mod changes the required age from rank 1 (Age 16) up to rank 6 (Age 19). If the modmap is not 12tpy you have to choose a 12tpy submod made for the modmap and to put it in launcher on top of your modmap.

Hints:

This mod does not depend on any 12tpy mods. But if you want to play a non 12tpy game with 12tpy settings you have to choose the 12tpy mod made for the game, f.g. the required mod at the right for Attila Vanilla (you can choose another mod).

Basically for the modsettings are the Vanilla minimum 4 turns, maximum 8 turns for an office. The required ages I adjusted.

You can enable and disable this mod as you like to check if you want to use this settings or not. In my opinion it makes only sense for 12tpy games.

MK1212: The modmakers had own ideas, a previous office is not required (and more) so you would overwrite these settings with Vanilla + reduced ages.
