(I will not be updating this mod for a while!)
Ever want to just walk around with bunch of real hard-hitters? Like, those grunts keep dying by peasents and you trained them your whole CAREE! Well this mod will help ya out!

[What Will The Mod Do?]
Will increase your max Hero/Character Capacity in your party to 40!

It will NOT increase your army size!

Try first if this mod even works still.
If it does, then try editing the excel file again to be 90.
I don't have this game downloaded, nor remember how to mod this game very much.

As I wrote to Limitless.

@Limitless idk if this mod even works anymore, but I don't remember even putting a config file to this mod. So IDK what stat you changed. But simply open with notepad and search for 40 and try changing all 40 to whatever. Also 400 is way to much, that will crash you.

How do you Increase the amount of heroes you can have? Tried raising the config to 400 but it didn't seem to work

Teodor....click on the portrait of a hero (on the left of the inventory)...and drag :) :P

The work around is to send people away, update inventory of guys you want, and then recall the people you sent away.

Just ran the game with only these mods on. Maybe I should have been clearer. I can see all of them fine in the Party screen (and what equipment they have). The problem is to change that equipment you have to go to Inventory screen and select the hero from there, as far as I know, and what happens is that it runs out of space at some point (once you have more than 7 NPC allies) and you can't click on them to bring up their inventory menu to change.
