Hostile Actions against Blackmailers

Description
Allows the following hostile actions against someone that has a strong hook on you:
  • Murder
  • Abduction
  • Imprisonment (only if valid reason like "known criminal" is available)
  • Execution

As APOCALYPSE said, this mod now prevents you from doing any hostile actions!! Hilarious.
