TTT Slime Grenade

Description
At the moment this conflicts with other headcrab reskins, it works on its own though!

Traitor Weapon, Costs 1 credit.

It's the slime from minecraft, its hostile to all players.

Does 10 damage to innocents and 5 damage to traitors.

@[CC] Danny, when you kill the initial slime does it spawn more?

It is also only creating one slime for me even if I don't have the turtlenade installed. And sometimes. Like on ttt_rooftops_2016. It doesn't even spawn a slime after the explosion.

@Wyatt it currently conflicts with the ttt turtlenade its based on, im fixing it up today :)

When i throw the grenade, only appear 1 slime and seems bugged :(
