Sustainable Industry Transition

Description
An expensive, but worthwhile policy to reduce pollution and improve the environment as the country transitions to a greener economy. Mod still requires balancing as well as potential further policies. Feel free to leave feedback.

-Adds policy that substantially increases environment, reduce pollution and asthma pandemic whilst boosting the economy at high levels over a extended period of time, with the cost reducing as the environment improves.

-Reduces impact of GDP on environment from -84% to -74%

*potential bug with cost, please let me know if you are experiencing it!

can you make a policy to suppress enviromental protests or make the policy appease them? i bring emmissions to near zero and do everything to appease but its not enough lol

Hi everyone, if you encounter an issue with the cost of the policy, please be sure to let me know as the new update has once again interfered with the functioning of the mod. I have pushed through a potential fix but may not work for everybody.

@Diak4 Thanks for the fix!

@MarkJerue just patched it, new variable added in last update that needed to be accommodated for, mod now working!

Maybe take a look at the Foreign Policy & More Taxes updates? Those two mods are working fine as of 1.14.

@JimRaynor56 it appears to be a problem with mods in general and isn't only my mod.
kosmana4  [author] 20 Nov, 2020 @ 8:38pm
@JimRaynor56 will look into it now.

This mod is causing crashes on 1.14.

@authorofallsin I'll have to disagree with you about the impact of GDP. You shouldn't have to enact numerous policies just to have your environment sub-par. I'll look into market confidence and the cost soon.
