Amends the questionable desicion to make Rochelle's lips larger.
Pretty simple, changes them to appear more in-line with the original face scan.

+Also works with reskins.

Yeah its not something you really know about unless someone points it out. Its not a "fix" because they chose to change her this way but i do like the smaller lips myself.

I didn't see the issue until I found your mod, to be honest. But I think this is an improvement!
