LOAD Complex EVO [HW Remastered] and Complex EVO Electron to play

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step by step to run that addon:
1) LOAD Complex EVO [HW Remastered]
2) LOAD Complex EVO Electron
3) LOAD Complex Remastersd Multiplayer Map Pack (for more maps, some dont work and crash the game, avid them :)
3) press LAUNCH

ALL UPDATES I TESTED A BIT BEFORE POSTING FEEL FREE TO COMMENT
Let me know if i overdue something or if need other changes to be balanced or if there
something not working properly. This little addon is work in progres. Just started
playing EVO. Complex EVO was not working on my computers, however, with new drivers
to my graphic card it works again :)

14/10/2020 Increased amount of utilities by x2
14/10/2020 Adjusted AI resource collecting for better balance
19/10/2020 Increased Fusion income by 100%
20/10/2020 Increased research speed of new technologies by 100% (FIXED)
26/10/2020 Increased Ranks from 100 300 600 1000 to 300 1200 3500 8000
26/10/2020 Increased research lvls x2 (BALANCED BETTER)
30/10/2020 Upgraded speed for resoucecollectors harvesting by 100% (can be ragulated in menu before start map :)
30/10/2020 Decreased cost of build resoucecollectors to 50% of its cost
30/10/2020 Fixed few bugs that i found playing
01/11/2020 Increased AI Upgrading by 25% (that might fix radiation problem)
02/11/2020 Balanced research 1st lvl at 40 research

keepers r kinda crap no resourceing options so very very very slow to b able to do anything with them as for less RU havesting and more fighting either im doing it all wrong or this expantion mod dont work for me i load up the main EVO mod + this 1 and i find theres nothing new

Is the increased ranking requirement on purpose or did i do something wrong?

In description it says that resourcecollector harvesting speed "can be ragulated in menu before start map". I found no such setting on any game mode.

After playing a few games with this as an experiment I think I can safely say that 8000 is WAY too many points to get to admiral...in fact there was not 1 single game (where I survived long enough) that I even made it to the rank of captain before the enemy was destroyed!..;D

As said by @imxaro the tooltip is wrong. The Values are higher for increasing the rank but it shows default complex values

@jstar68, u just need to research the "fast-tracking gun technology" and to build it on ur big ships in the gun section.
