Don't do that, load it normally through the mutation menu. It should work that way.

yes, I opened console and typed map shotgunweddingmap expert multiple times with sv_cheats 0 but that one wedding achievement seems doesn't want to be achieved

Only thing I can suggest in that regard is to double check that you have it on expert difficulty
