Description
22 Floors to rent and grow your company across 42,000+ m2 of space. Detailed hand designed unique floor plans and room coloring. Floors follow a major building-wide color scheme with individual floor areas having unique pallets set up with size-color coding of modular areas.

This building uses the new alpha 11.7 elevators. Smoke detectors, sprinklers, security cameras installed as well as some small break areas available and 2 sets of stairwells from basement to the top floor. Restrooms and utilities designed with roleplay in mind for plumbing space required. Nearly everything has been considered and planned for. You can start and finish your game here with the exception of distribution and assembly of hardware.

This building is partially modeled and inspired by the towers of Gateway Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

Starting rental is the small office adjacent to the benches in the lobby.

Floor plan break down :
Floors Ground to 2 : Varied size single offices and medium suites. Printing and distribution area in back.
Floors 3 to 5 : Single wing Suites
Floors 6 to 8 : Varied size single offices and medium suites
Floor 9 : Triple wing suite and single wing suite
Floors 10 and 11 : Dual floor multi-wing big office suite with dedicated elevator. Smaller double wing suites.
Floor 12 : Varied size single offices and medium suites.
Floors 13 to 15 : Single wing suites in modular format
Floor 16 : Expanded Canteen space and large multi-purpose rooms
Floor 17 : Entire floor suite, modular format
Floors 18 and 19 : Dual floor across both floors big office suite with dedicated elevator, modular format
Floor 20 : Medium premium suites
Floors 21 and 22 : Premium suites and premium single offices
Basement: Varied size server rooms.

I deleted the parking lots further away, added some bike racks, and 5 showers in the basement

Is there anyway to remove or change the parking lot? My employees park in the back parking lot and have to walk all the way around to the front entrance and by the time they make it to their offices they're already 1-2 hours late

It seems to work okay now. The issue was it was causing the game to not allow me to make expansion packs or add ons. Which sounds dumb but was a huge part of the game it locked me out of. The update seems to have fixed the issue. I can't figure out how to get a big plot of land or I'd build something myself so I have to workshop it and you are one of the only buildings with garage doors for building my own products.

Hey @Buckeye. I saved it in the latest version of the game and updated on workshop. I think it should be OK, might be missing the subway station though? I didn't do a deep dive looking for it. I may have to copy the blueprint and put it on a new "map" with the subway generated.

I love this building but you need to update the mod as when you load it into game it says "you have loaded an older save file" even if you start a new game. This locks you out of certain game features.

Thanks for the suggestion SharperFire. I have modified the first and second floor on one wing to have printing and distribution areas.

Hey Sporego, have you pressed escape, and then gone to the mod options tab, then checked "all the floors" and changed the number to 23 or greater?

This was created in alpha 11 and I was just able to load it on 11.7.26

@Satior depending on where you live you may recognize some resemblance and references from my other buildings. ;)
