Description
Tokugawa under Yoshinobu

UA: Drawing of the Last Sword - Buildings that provide Unit Production provide Experience. Units earn Science upon Promotion.

UU: Shinsengumi - Replaces the Longswordsman. Slightly Cheaper. Generates Science upon Upgrade, and this promotion is retained upon Upgrade.

UB: Seisakusho - Replaces the Factory. Requires Coast instead of Coal. +15% Unit Production.

There is no music in the follow-up, but overall it is very good.

Ah okay, yeah I did leave a critique there on it, but only because I do think it was a really cool concept and did genuinely enjoy it

It's going under bug fixes and a design update. I took it down because I wasn't happy with it and I didn't want to keep arguing with critics of the design when I wasn't even happy with it myself.
