Approximately 97%, and yes, It stacks with sandbox options.

Description says "vanilla items" so it means objects from mods will not be affected by this mod and spawn with game sandbox settings only?

The problem is I'm busy translating games.
So I'll look for someone to update the mod instead of me, or if I get some financial support, I'll work on the update.
