This mod changes the ichthyornis to have a 0% chance of stealing any food items, but increases the chances of a weapon being disarmed to 35% to balance, and adjusts pegomastaxes' ability to steal random items. Pegomastaxes will only steal from your hotbar's 0 slot, allowing you to tame them. For a bit of extra fun, I made the Pegos 150% their normal size to increase visibility.

You must do a dino wipe once this is installed, otherwise your game/server will retain the old spawns.

INI Options:
Unless the section [NoMoreTheft] is in the GameUserSettings.ini file, the below defaults take effect.

IchthyDropWeaponChance: float value of 0.0 to 1.0 where 0.0 equals 0 percent chance and 1.0 equals 100 percent chance.
Direct percentage for the icthyornis to disarm. For 35 percent, use 0.35, and 1.0 would be 100%.
IchthyStealFoodChance: float value of 0.0 to 1.0 where 0.0 equals 0 percent chance and 1.0 equals 100 percent chance.
Direct percentage for the ichthyornis to steal food. For 50 percent, use 0.50, and 1.0 would be 100%.
PegoStealRandomItems: boolean. Dis/allow theft of random items.
PegoStealHotBar: boolean. Dis/allow the pegomastax to steal from the 0 slot. NOTE: if disabled, taming a pegomastax becomes impossible.
