Red = input signal
Blue = output signal
Constant value = how long to hold the signal for

How it works:
When recieveing an input, the "delay" will start running for as long as the "Constant value" says, the Output will output a value for as long as this is running. allowing for a momentary output that lasts X time.

TLDR:
it holds an input for X amount of time.
