Description
A submarine using multiple PAC melee lenses to slice the opponent in half. Flawed as of now. If you have any suggestions to make it more viable, please let me know.

Current flaws:
- Very expensive (mostly PAC tubes themselves, but also RTGs)
- Requires a lot of engine power and thus expensive to run
- Slow at 18m/s. I used steam jets before and had it at 50m/s, but that drained about 100 materials per second. 30m/s would be reasonable
- Surprisingly vulnerable to front attacks
- Does not ascend when closer to the enemy and descend when going away from one (for added protection)
- Can not automatically adjust how deep in the water below an enemy it is

Current pros:
- Well aligned attacks saw the enemy ship in half, heavily damaging it at worst and taking out the AI at best in one attack.
- A nose to nose pass is practically a guaranteed kill
- Since most enemies hide their AI in the bottom half of their ships, the Spino very likely takes it out, despite it being encased in lots of heavy armour.

It is in the region of 200k material cost. For that it is too slow and easily countered, it is not really viable. This is more to convey an idea and see professional builder do a better job than me :)

I understand that you said it's "very expensive", but...
Resource cost?
