sounds like an issue with your gmod or pac3, ask megio, i've never experienced this issue before

I spawned this thing in and it didnt do anything. For some reason, parts of it keep spawning ontop of me and my friend. Ive reset the map many times, but parts of it keep spawning. Its mega weird
