L4d2 finale music loop fix

Description
Quick mod since this has been bugging me
The loop for the 'skinonourteeth' audio file didn't really work that well, since the electric guitar (or thats what im assuming it is) suddenly gets quieter when it looped, so i fixed it

replaces sound\music\the_end\skinonourteeth.wav
