Cerulean Forerunner MK3

The third iteration of one of my favorite early game HVs, the Cerulean Forerunner MK3 has had some extensive play testing done to it. Even took it for a spin on a 4g planet (only tested this in vanilla, not RE). I reworked it to be a level 3 spawn and cross compatible between vanilla and Reforged Eden. Tweaked a lot of blocks and devices, so now if you set hover height to about 2m, you should be able to manually access all containers and the cockpit from either the top or bottom of the HV and the fuel and O2 tanks, and O2 station are accessible from the underside. This thing is great for early game scouting and gathering. Its quick and dirt cheap with all the noncombat level 3 HV necesities. (I skip the harvester because container extensions don't unlock until level 5) Its also small enough that I keep it on hand so I have a small HV for moving between my CV and my base structures on planet, rather than walking. Fits in 2x2 hallways as well. Also when you hit level 5 you can swap the small rear thruster for a medium if you like, for a bit more accelleration.

Reforged Edition
This build works in both reforged and vanilla. It is not as fast in RE but that is normal for small builds, and it still performs its intended role perfectly well.
