Bionic Snek

Description
After many hours of experimentation, I have bionic snek.
Left shift and space are up and down, W is forward, A and D are left and right respectively.

There are some excess logic blocks left behind from when I was experimenting with less undulation, but I'm sure some capable players will make use of them.
